Overview

Jack Lonquist understands that the best way to manage risk is to identify potential problems and their solutions today. His ability to identify potential pitfalls allows him to shape and develop strategies that minimize risk and save costs.

Jack approaches every aspect of a case with an eye towards trial. He gives each and every task the time and consideration required to ensure it is completed efficiently and correctly the first time and as if it would be reviewed by a jury.

It is important to realize that not every case and not every client has the same needs and considerations. As he has represented a range of clients from individuals to large municipal corporations in all phases of personal injury litigation, Jack’s diverse and varied practice allows him to understand the needs of all his clients.

Having represented government entities and municipal corporations for most of his practice, Jack understands the care and attention that those clients deserve and require. He appreciates that these clients have a significant presence and meaning in the minds of many, and tailors strategies which account for this reality.

He also defends non-medical professionals when they are sued by their clients for professional malpractice and represents clients in cases sounding in construction negligence.

Having practiced in both the plaintiff and defense settings, Jack’s diverse experience provides him with valuable insight into his opponents’ mindset.

Jack and his wife Antonia reside on Chicago’s northwest side, where they both grew up. Jack is active in the alumni association at Saint Patrick High School and St. Thecla School.
