Mr. Egan has presented continuing legal education seminars on professional ethics and on the defense of legal malpractice and other professional liability claims, as well as client-education seminars on the defense of wrongful death cases, the defense of construction injury and construction defect cases and on significant developments in Illinois law. He has also drafted legislation and testified before Illinois Senate and House committees about legislation regarding claims against insurance producers and firms.
