Attorney Bio

Suzanne’s practice spans a wide variety of tort cases, including products liability, premises liability, construction accidents, medical malpractice, schools and teachers, sports accidents, day care center negligence, municipal liability, nursing home care, legal malpractice, and errors and omissions. She has also represented real estate appraisers in litigation and non-litigation matters.

As trial counsel, Suzanne successfully represented the new Comiskey Park’s seating manufacturer in an architectural malpractice action. She also obtained a defense verdict for a real estate appraiser sued for negligence due to the way he determined the market value of a car wash and an oil change facility.

When not at work, and depending upon the season, Suzanne is often spinning, logging miles on her road bike or gardening.
